Happy Monday! Today I'd like to share a book I received for my birthday back in March and honestly I haven't been able to put it down since! Happy is one of those books that guides you to being the happiest person you can be. As I have grown up I have realised how important it is to nurture yourself, practice self-love and focus a lot more on your state of mind.
We found out we were expecting late October and we have been on cloud nine since. Now I am almost at the end of my second trimester and at the beginning of my third. I am quite excited for trials of the first trimester to be over upon reflection, I didn't have a hard time like the horror stories you hear and for that I am eternally grateful to my body and this little baby.
It's been a while hasn't it? It's taken me a while to regain the blogging bug but here I am. I'm back and ready to go go! Firstly, if we haven't met before, Hello!
